Mt. Hermon’s Lady Jackets captured their 2017-18 season opener Monday with a 41-17 victory over Grand Isle on the road.
Patera Williams led Mt. Hermon with 15 points.
Sikoya Jackson and Destiny Lewis scored eight points each, while Macey Applegate recorded six. Keashia Banks had two points and Adrianna Tate added two.
