The Saskatchewan suffered a 41-3 setback to Montreal in Friday’s contest held on the road.

Otha Foster III, a 2006 Varnado High School graduate recorded one tackle in the contest.

The Roughriders trailed 22-0 at halftime before putting up a field goal in the third quarter. It was 31-3 after three quarters.

Saskatchewan fell to 1-4 this season. Montreal moves to 2-3.

The Roughriders next game takes place Aug. 4 on the road against Calgary.
