Bowling Green suffered a 9-1 loss to Silliman Institute in a home game that took place Tuesday, March 22.

The Buccaneers recorded seven hits. Cameron Cowart and Andy Bienvenu posted two apiece. Cowart scored a run and Bienvenu drove a run home.

Cameron Bell, Brandon McElveen and Grady Ball all had one hit for the Buccaneers.

Bowling Green trailed 6-0 after one inning and 7-0 after Silliman tacked on another run in the third.

The Buccaneers scored their run in the third, but Silliman added two more in the fourth to cap off the scoring.

Bowling Green committed three errors, which led to five unearned runs.
