Varnado was victorious over Ecole Classique in the Wildcats’ final regular-season game Friday at VHS.

Delrick Abrams scored 22 points while D.J. Jefferson put up 14. Nick Darden and Armontee Kemp tallied 12 each in the victory.

Varnado finished the regular season with a 19-5 overall record and the team went 10-2 in district.

At press time, the Wildcats were waiting on the result of Covenant Christian Academy’s contest against Crescent City.

Covenant Christian entered the game with a 9-2 district record.
