Lady Bucs earn home win over Parklane
Bowling Green’s Ashley Foret had 18 points Tuesday night, helping to lead the Lady Bucs to a 61-52 win over visiting Parklane Academy.
The Lady Bucs led 14-10 after one quarter of play, and 27-24 at halftime.
Hallie Robertson added 11 points for Bowling Green, and Hollie Wascom scored 10. Katelin Junkins finished with nine points, Sydney Watson scored six, McKinley Seal added five and Shelby McDonald finished with two.
Seal had six assists and Foret added three. Foret also had a team-high nine steals.
Varnado girls earn win over Mt. Hermon
Varnado’s girls picked up a 48-32 win over visiting Mt. Hermon on Tuesday night.
The Lady Wildcats led 17-6 after one quarter, and 29-12 at halftime.
Tarralyn Moses led the Lady Wildcats with 28 points, and Yienna Kemp added 18. Kemp added nine rebounds and Ki’airria Green led the team with six assists.
Lady Jacks defeat Lady Raiders
Bogalusa’s girls earned a four-point win over visiting Pine on Tuesday, taking the game by a score of 34-30.
Nylijah Mingo led Bogalusa with 14 points, and D’Sha Rankins added 10. Diamond Martin finished with six points, and Jasmine May and Bianca Pittman each added two.
Lady Demons fall to Amite
Franklinton’s girls took a home loss Tuesday night, as they were defeated 77-50 by Amite.
The Lady Demons trailed 24-10 after one quarter, but cut the lead to 40-30 at halftime. Amite pulled away again in the third quarter, outscoring Franklinton 21-6.

Bogalusa defeats Pine
Bogalusa’s Lumberjacks earned a home victory Tuesday night, defeating Pine’s Raiders by the score of 74-57.
Kenny Robertson led the Lumberjacks with 15 points. Kenyatta Scott added 13 points and Tramarcus Levi finished with 12.
Also for Bogalusa, Billy Mingo finished with nine points, Laster Hills added seven and Ronald McMorris scored five.
Three players reached double figures for Pine. Jaron Hughes led all scorers with 21 points, Ty Galloway added 19 points and Trey Cooper finished with 14.
Bowling Green falls to Parklane
Bowling Green’s Buccaneers took a home loss Tuesday night, falling to visiting Parklane Academy by a 54-26 score.
Reedy Austin finished with 12 points to lead the Buccaneers. Lane Adams added six points and four players finished with two — Corbin Garris, Lync Sharp, Drew Knight and Conner Comeaux.
Adams led the team with four rebounds, and Comeaux added three. Peyton Richardson had two steals.
Wildcats break century mark in victory
Varnado’s Wildcats earned a 104-54 win against visiting Mt. Hermon on Tuesday night.
The Wildcats led 58-34 at halftime.
Delrick Abrams led Varnado with 24 points. Errol Varnado added 20 points for the Wildcats, and Armontee Kemp finished with 19.
Also reaching double figures for Varnado, Damon Kirsh finished with 13 points and D.J. Jefferson added 12.
Franklinton falls in overtime
Franklinton’s Demons lost an overtime home game Tuesday night, falling to Amite by the score of 77-72.
