Varnado coach Karen Borden said she is pleased with the improvements her team has made and she talked about some of the volleyball skills her team is learning.
“They’re learning to set the ball up,” Borden said. “They’re learning to bump pass. They’re learning to do some things that will hopefully get them to a point where they can kill the ball.”
Borden said the players aren’t to that point yet, but added that her team is doing a better job of playing controlled organized volleyball.
