Ms. Mable Brumfield passed away on Friday, Oct. 31, 2014. 

She leaves to cherish her loving memories four sisters, Ruth Blackwell of Varnado, Nelia Varnado of Bogalusa, Charlene Dyson of Pine Bluff, Ark., and Gladys B. Bickham of Franklinton. 

She was preceded in death by her mother and father, Delmas and Corrine Brumfield; four brothers, McCauley Brumfield, Marvin Brumfield, Maurice Brumfield and Delmas Brumfield Jr.; and three sisters, Ozzie Hart, Anna Magee Bunch and Altha Sanders. 

Visitation will be held on Thursday, Nov. 6, 2014, from noon to 4:30 p.m. at Crain and Sons Funeral Home Chapel in Franklinton. Services will held on Friday, Nov. 7, 2014, at 1 p.m. at Greater Hayes Creek M.B. Church, with the Rev. Jerome Warren, pastor, officiating. Interment will be at Greater Hayes Cemetery.
