A reception honoring The Daily News Franklinton Citizen of the Year Linda Smith Crain will be held Sunday starting at 2 p.m. at First Baptist Church of Franklinton. The award presentation will begin at 2:30 p.m.

Light refreshments will be served.

Crain was recently selected for the honor by a committee of former winners of Citizen of the Year.

The public is invited to attend.
