Thursday is a big a day in Bogalusa.

The 12th annual Legends All-Pro Football Camp is taking place at Lewis V. Murray Jr. Stadium on Bogalusa High’s campus from 9 a.m. until 4 p.m.

Participants will receive instruction in all different aspects of football to help them improve their game from a number of coaches, who will be on hand assisting with the camp.

There is no cost for the children to attend.

Bruce Plummer, who is a Bogalusa High School graduate, is the camp director.Some of the coaches include Bogalusa football coach Craig Jones, former Atlanta Falcons’ scout Bruce Plummer, Clear Lake Christian School coach Robert Smith and Bogalusa High School coach James Butler, former Chicago Bears defensive lineman Sean Smith, Bogalusa High School coach Ricky Warren and former NFL player Keion Carpenter.
