Glenn Erwin Powe, 57, passed away Wednesday, Dec. 18, 2013, at Lakeview Regional Medical Center in Covington.

He is survived by his 16-year-old son, Kaleb Stephen Powe, and two brothers, Leighton Sr. (Lana) Powe and Huey Powe Jr.

His parents, Huey P. Powe Sr. and Juanita Vega Powe, and a sister, Peggy Powe Healy, preceded him in death.

Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend a memorial service at 2 p.m. on Saturday, Jan. 4 at Lee’s Creek Baptist Church, 1690 Lee’s Creek Church Road (off of Louisiana Highway 21 South).

Serenity Funeral Home in Covington is in charge of arrangements.
