Even though the weather was not very spring-like ona recent Friday, Angie Thomas’ kindergarten class became very excited to see their caterpillars finally transform into butterflies. After the caterpillars formed a chrysalis, the students had to wait another 10 days before they saw their butterflies emerge. In several weeks, each student will release their butterfly at Thomas Elementary School.
