Franklinton’s Lady Demons got down early and were unable to make a comeback in an 8-0 loss to Cabrini at home Monday.

FHS entered yesterday with a 10-15 record.

Cabrini scored all of its runs over the first two innings with four in the first followed by two each in the second and third to account for all of the game’s tallying.

The Lady Demons were only able to record one hit, a single by Haley Sanford. Austen Felder was hit by a pitch and stole a base. Darien Dykes drew a walk.

The Lady Demons committed two errors, which led to three unearned runs.
