All students who wish to play football at Bogalusa Middle School for the 2012-13 school year must turn in their football physical notification from a physician clearing them to play football no later than Aug. 3. Coach James Butler said that the physician’s note and the insurance fee of $45 must be paid by Friday, Aug. 3 for a student to be eligible to play football. The school office will be open that day to accept the physicals and the insurance payment.
