BOGALUSA, La. – Bogalusa City Schools Administrators recently came together for a weekend retreat facilitated by the Bailey Group, aimed at strengthening relationships, improving communication, and fostering teamwork. The dedicated team engaged in a series of activities and workshops to enhance collaboration and understanding.
Throughout the retreat, administrators delved into crucial topics such as effective communication strategies, team-building techniques, and ways to create a positive work environment.
