BCS Administration Staff Gathers for Team-Building Retreat

BOGALUSA, La. – Bogalusa City Schools Administrators recently came together for a weekend retreat facilitated by the Bailey Group, aimed at strengthening relationships, improving communication, and fostering teamwork. The dedicated team engaged in a series of activities and workshops to enhance collaboration and understanding.

Throughout the retreat, administrators delved into crucial topics such as effective communication strategies, team-building techniques, and ways to create a positive work environment. The energy and enthusiasm exhibited by each team member were remarkable, reflecting a collective commitment to the shared goal of enhancing overall success.

Dr. Byron Hurst, Superintendent of Bogalusa City Schools, expressed confidence in the lasting impact of the retreat on daily interactions within the school system.
