Local Airman named to Honor Guard

BOGALUSA — Airman Jarrett Wyble, hailing from Washington Parish, was recently appointed to the highly prestigious Honor Guard of the United States Air Force.

   In this role, he will represent the United States Air Force and all military branches at various distinguished honor and ceremonial events across the Midwest United States. This includes the greater Chicago area. Airman Wyble is presently stationed at Scott Air Force Base in southern Illinois.

   Airman Wyble comes from a family comprised of proud patriots. He is the son of John and Misty Graves Wyble. His two brothers are Nick (Linda) Wyble and Alex Wyble, and he is the uncle of Gianna and Giselle Wyble. Glen and Sylvia Graves of Franklinton and Joyce Wyble of Port Barre are his grandparents.

   This appointment to the Honor Guard is a testament to Airman Wyble’s exceptional achievements and dedication to serving his country. The entire Washington Parish community is proud of his remarkable accomplishment and wishes him continued success in his future with the United States Airforce.
