Mr. Steven Phillip Starns, a resident of Bogalusa, passed away on Wednesday, July 20, 2022, in Covington, at the age of 62.

Steven was preceded in death by his parents, Karl Starns Jr. and Joan Yvonne Bass, and a brother, Michael David Starns.

Mr. Starns is survived by two brothers, Brett (Lynn) Starns of Bogalusa, and Karl Starns III of Bogalusa.

A graveside memorial service will be held at Ponemah Cemetery at a later date.
