Spring games took place last week for four football teams from Washington Parish.

Bogalusa, Franklinton and Pine scrimmaged against different opponents, and Varnado played an intrasquad game.

The spring games are an exciting time. The contests were a great chance for coaches to evaluate their team and to see where they are at this point in the offseason and it was a great opportunity for fans to get sort of a preview of their favorite team.

This was one step in the process for the teams, as they look to continually improve throughout the summer and during the season.
