Franklinton’s Lady Demons’ softball team advanced to the quarterfinal round of the Class 4A state playoffs on Tuesday with a 5-3 victory over Franklin Parish at home in the regional round.

The team heads to the quarterfinals. A win and they are headed to the semifinals to compete in the state tournament.

Franklinton plays Beau Chene on Saturday, April 20 at 4:30 p.m.
