Mrs. Donna Lynn Phelps passed away Friday, March 15, 2019, at the age of 70, at Our Lady of the Angels Medical Center in Bogalusa. She was an avid member of New Life Pentecostal Church of Bogalusa.

Donna is survived by her husband Bobby Phelps of Bogalusa; one son, Robert Daniel Phelps of Bogalusa; two daughters, Laura Lynn Phelps-Saba of Columbus, Ohio, and Bobbie Lorraine Phelps- Schudel of Gifford, Ill.; one brother, Danny Ray Sapp of Green Castle, Ind.; and three grandchildren, Lauren Danielle Dipietro, Robert Aaron Phelps and Brandon Michael Phelps.

Donna is preceded in death by her parents, Daniel and Henrietta Sapp; one brother, Timothy Randall Sapp; and one sister, Deborah Sue Rexroad.

Services were held on Tuesday, March 19, at New Life Pentecostal Church in Bogalusa, at 2:30 p.m., with the Rev. Wesley Quave and the Rev. Adrian Littlefield officiating. Interment followed at Ponemah Cemetery in Bogalusa.
