Christmas in the Park is definitely something residents and non-residents of Washington Parish need to attend.

You are talking about Cassidy Park being lit up starting at the front gate and the lights never stop.

But it is not just the fact they have the Christmas lights, it is also the detail that has gone into the lights to make it a great experience for everybody who attends.

Tremendous job done by everybody involved and definitely something worthwhile going to see.

Christmas in the Park will be open Saturday, Dec. 8, and Sunday, Dec. 9, and every night from Friday, Dec. 14, until Christmas. You can drive through the park from 6 p.m. until 7 p.m. and the walking times are 7 p.m. through 9 p.m.
