Ben’s Ford Christian School is hosting a jamboree on Friday, as the 2018 football season openers draw nearer.

The six-team competition will feature three varsity games, preceded by a junior varsity game.

The jamboree begins with a J.V. game at 5 p.m. featuring Ben’s Ford Christian School and Bowling Green School.

A tripleheader of varsity action will follow the J.V. game.

Varsity begins at 6 p.m. with New Orleans Home School facing Acadiana Home School.

The final two games feature a local team in each.

The 7 p.m. game will have Bowling Green School against Baton Rouge-CHEF. That will be followed by Ben’s Ford Christian School and Salem.

Contests will feature a pair of 20-minute halves with an eight-minute halftime.

It is a great opportunity to support the local athletes and we wish all of the teams from Washington Parish good luck this season.
