Ruby J. Harris Craft, 88, of Bogalusa, passed away on Sunday, April 22, 2018.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Algie Craft; one daughter, Estelle Holmes; two sons, Oscar Harris and R.J. Harris; her parents, Matthew and Jeffery Odeal Nelson; two brothers, Dr. Alfonso Nelson Sr. and Joe Louis Nelson; and two sisters, Billie Ruth Brumfield and Irma Ross.

She is survived by three daughters, Almeta (Bobby) Hampton of D’Iberville, Miss., Shirley Harris of Dallas, Texas, and Rose Cossey of Bogalusa; two sons, Dennis Harris of San Diego, Calif., and Robert Harris of Houston, Texas; one sister, Rosemary Crosby Broughton of Gulfport, Miss.; one daughter-in-law, Bernetta Harris of Bogalusa; 22 grandchildren; and 33 great grandchildren.

Visitation will be on Monday, April 30, from 9 a.m. until 11 a.m., with funeral services at 11 a.m., at the Church of Christ, located at 1516 N. Columbia St. in Bogalusa. Burial will be in Bogalusa Cemetery.
