Dear Editor,

On behalf of myself and our entire staff, I wanted to take the opportunity to thank the staff, fans and support staff at Franklinton High School for the great hospitality that was shown to us Friday night.

Over the years, we have been blessed to travel around our state to play at many different venues and schools. The way we were treated was second to none from the accommodations to the wonderful meal. The fact that so many people support your young men and what is important to them reflects highly on your community. I was impressed to learn that the police department paid for the post game meal we received.

The kindness that your fans showed us as they served our team is something that makes us proud to do what we do as educators and coaches. It is a message that we can only hope to duplicate for others.

The Franklinton Demons are a class act, both on and off the field.
