Joyce Bernice Jones, 83, passed away on May 23, 2017, at Resthaven Nursing Home. She was a resident of Bogalusa and a charter member of Memorial Baptist Church in Bogalusa.

She is survived by her son, Darrl Jones (Sheryl) of Bogalusa; one brother, Willard Keen of Bogalusa; grandchildren, Leah Booth, Laurel Boone, Leslie Willett, Brooke Sides and Katelyn Jones; and six great-grandchildren.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Willie A. “Bill” Jones Jr.; a daughter, Alysa Jones Willett; parents, Joseph and Ola Keen; and numerous brothers and sisters.

Visitation will be in the chapel of Brown-McGehee Funeral Home on Friday, May 26, from 9 a.m. until time for services in the chapel at 11 a.m. Burial will be in Hillview Memorial Gardens. The Rev. Field Thigpen will officiate.
