Geraldine Davis Seals, a resident of Bogalusa, 78, born on Jan. 30, 1939, in Pearl River County, Miss., passed away on Thursday, March 23, 2017, at Lakeview Regional Medical Center in Covington. She was a member of Palestine Baptist Church in Bogalusa.

She is survived by her sister, Glenda (Kenneth) Sauls of Carriere, Miss.; her nephews, Scott Sauls, Shane Sauls, and Chad Sauls, all of Picayune, Miss.; her loving caregivers, Kaye Thomas, Kathy Willems, and Evon Bell; nieces, Tammy (Byron) Spears and Sherry (Brad) Martin.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Leon Seals; her daughters, Sondra Seals, Cynthia Seals and Kimberly Seals; and her parents, Ottis Wheat and Boneita Quave Wheat; brother-in-law and sister-in-law, Rayford and Linda Seals.

Visitation will be held at Poole-Ritchie Funeral Home on Sunday, March 26, from 9:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. Funeral services will be held at 3 p.m., with the Rev. Fred Brumfield officiating. Interment will follow at Williams Cemetery.
