Mrs. Pamela Redmond King, born Dec. 1, 1957, was called home to be with the Lord on Oct. 3, 2016. She passed at Hildebrandt Hospice Care Center in Rochester, N.Y. All of her family was at her bedside during her transition.

She leaves to mourn: two children, Ebony and Bennie (B.J.) King, both from St. Johns, Fla.; her mother, Mrs. Mattie Magee of Bogalusa; five siblings, Mrs. Stephanie and Robert Snead, Michael Redmond, all of Rochester, Jimmie and Paris Buguress of Plano, Texas, Johnny and Gladys Redmond of Hampton, Va., and Robert Earl and Shirley Redmond from Douglas, Ga.; as well as lots of nieces, nephews, friends and special close friend, Nelda B. Redmond of Bogalusa.

A memorial service will be held at a later date in Rochester.
