Huey Clifford Green Sr., age 64 and a resident of Franklinton, died at 9:45 p.m. on Wednesday, April 22, 2015, at Our Lady of the Angels Hospital in Bogalusa.

He enjoyed farming and driving his tractor. He also enjoyed tending to horses. He liked to fish, especially with his brother-in-law.

He is survived by his son, Huey Clifford Green Jr. of Franklinton; grandson, Huey N. Green; sister and brother-in-law, Carolyn and Jimmy Ray Warren of Franklinton; and numerous nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents, James Roy and Lillie Mae Rainer Green; two sisters, Margaret Ishee and Diane Munoz; and a brother, James Roy “Jimmy” Green.

Visitation will be at Bible Baptist Church from 6 p.m. until 9 p.m. on Friday, April 24, 2015, and after 8 a.m. on Saturday. A funeral service will be held at 3 p.m. on Saturday at the church, with the Rev. Harold Gaddy officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.
