Gloria Faye Mullins, age 72, was born on Dec. 2, 1941, in Myra, La., and passed away on Thursday, June 19, 2014, at her residence in Bogalusa.

She is survived by a daughter, Gwendolyn Pope Barksdale of Bogalusa; a son, Kenneth Ray Pope of Baton Rouge; five grandchildren, Rebecca Pope, Cody Terry, Jennifer Pope, Amber Pope and Tabitha Barksdale; numerous great-grandchildren; seven sisters; and two brothers.

She was preceded in death by a son, Rodney Glenn Pope.

A memorial service will be held at a later date.
