Allen and Cheryl Puckett of Bogalusa are pleased to announce the engagement and approaching marriage of their daughter, Haley Michelle Puckett, to Trent Allan Grabert, the son of Darell and Theresa Grabert of Mt. Hermon.

The bride-elect is a 2013 graduate of Louisiana State University with a degree in interior design. She is the granddaughter of Joseph and Winifred Johnson, Joyce Puckett and the late Robert J. Puckett and the late Carolyn Seal.

The prospective groom is a graduate of Southwest Community College in Summit, Miss., and is employed by M & H Engineering as a consultant engineer. He is the grandson of Floyd and Joan Grabert, Jimmy and Edna Robertson, Kitty Simmons and the late Bill Simmons and the late Tommie R. Quin.

The nuptials will take place Saturday, March 22, 2014, in a 7:30 p.m. ceremony at Southern Oaks Plantation in New Orleans.

A reception will follow the ceremony.
