Tom and Patsy Sandifer of Franklinton are pleased to announce the engagement and approaching marriage of their daughter, Kelley Sandifer, to Collin Williams, son of Dickie and Rhonda Williams and Lydia Williams of Bogalusa.

The bride-elect is a graduate of Covington High School and Louisiana Technical College, with an associate’s degree in accounting. The granddaughter of Edna Jones of Franklinton, Kelley is employed by The Daily News in Bogalusa.

The prospective groom, a graduate of Bogalusa High School, is employed by Ray-burn Correction Center in Angie. His grandparents are Delos and Laverne Williams of Bogalusa and Joe Cooper of Baton Rouge.

The couple will exchange vows in a 6 p.m. ceremony on May 17, 2014, at the river behind the home of the bride’s parents, 14733 Indian Pointe Road in Franklinton (Enon Highway 16).

A reception will follow the ceremony.

Friends and relatives of the couple are invited to attend.
