Mr. and Mrs. Keith Thomas of Franklinton are pleased to announce the engagement and approaching marriage of their daughter, Tiffany Thomas, to Chad King, son of Mr. and Mrs. Steve King of Bogalusa.

The bride to be is a graduate of Franklinton High School and Northshore Community College with a degree in nursing.

She is the granddaughter of William Mizell of Hot Springs, Ark., Brenda Magee of Bogalusa and Ann Thomas and the late Richard Thomas of Pine. She is the great-granddaughter of Earl Magee of Bogalusa.

The groom to be is employed by J&K Logging. He is a graduate of Franklinton High School.

His grandparents are Mr. and Mrs. Gene Singletary of Pearl River and William King and the late Nora King of Pearl River.

Wedding vows will be exchanged in an afternoon ceremony on Saturday, Sept. 28 at 3 p.m. at First Pentecostal Church in Bogalusa.

A reception will immediately follow at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Steve King.

Following their honeymoon, the couple will reside in the Plainview community.
