Spartanettes Visits Foley and Gulf Shores Alabama

The Spartanette Service Club culminated their busy year with their annual educational trip that was made possible by the generous donation from Myron and Tiffany Frazier. This was the first year since the COVID 19 Pandemic the Spartanettes were able to go on their educational trip. The members decided to visit Foley and Gulf Shores in Alabama.
While in Foley, a few places the members visited included The Holmes Medical Museum, which housed the first hospital in South Baldwin County from 1936-1958; Foley Railroad Museum and Model Train exhibits, which was built in 1909; The Old Corner Drug Store and Ice Cream Polar, The Lambert’s Café (Home of Throwed Rolls); Waterville USA; and Tropic Falls at OWA. The Spartanettes also enjoyed shopping at the Foley’s Tanger outlets.
