The annual Annunciation Catholic School’s Krewe of Mother Goose parade, rescheduled to Tuesday, Jan 29, due to severe weather forecast for the original Wednesday date, was rewarded with sunny, though somewhat cloudy, skies.

The parade began at 1:30 p.m. in Goodyear Park, with throngs of parade-goers lining the sidewalks, calling out for beads and candy, as the floats, decorated in Mother Goose style, rolled by.

The royalty for the Krewe of Mother Goose for 2013 included King Braden Arlt, Queen Ainsley Temples, Prince Awston Cotton and Princess Jayla Manning.
