With the Washington Parish Free Fair less than a month away, the 2014 T-shirts will be available at two special presale events this week. On Friday, the shirts will be sold from 10:30 a.m. until 2 p.m. at the Long Branch Cafe on Avenue F. Then on Saturday, the shirts will be sold from the Fair Booth at the Fairgrounds in Franklinton from 8 a.m. until noon. During the presale period, the shirts will cost $11. At the fair, the price will increase to $16. This year’s shirt was designed by Summer Stewart, a Talented Art Teacher in Franklinton.
