BOGALUSA, La. — Discount Store #2 Rico’s, located at 1321 S. Columbia Street, has officially joined the list of Louisiana Lottery retailers, expanding Bogalusa residents’ access to a range of lottery games and scratch-off tickets. The store, which brands itself as the cheapest and kindest in town, began selling lottery tickets this week, inviting patrons to try their luck at winning big while contributing to state-funded initiatives.
As part of the Louisiana Lottery’s network, Rico’s will offer all major lottery games, including Powerball, Mega Millions, and Lotto, as well as a variety of scratch-off tickets with different themes and prize levels. The addition of lottery sales is expected to attract more visitors to the store, boosting the local business.
