Elizabeth Quinn Stewart passed away on Friday, December 8, 2023. She was born in, Bogalusa, LA on November 30, 1928.

She is survived by her loving children, Carlo A. Giacone, Jr. (Priscilla), Joan Williams (the late Russell), Marian Burr (the late Wayne Burr and the late Fiance’ Gary Parker) and Jerri Giacone Stewart (Danny); her grandchildren, Anthony “Tony” Giacone III, Annette Giacone Fielding, Holly Collum Cotton, Rhonda Burr, Denise Burr; bonus grandchildren, Tabetha Stewart Ezell and Nikki Stewart Duke; 14 great-grandchildren, 4 great great-grandchildren. She is also survived by special cousins William and Sharon Gill, Richard and Margaret Baker and other nieces, nephews, cousins, and wonderful lifelong friends.

She was preceded in death by her former husband and father of their children, Carlo A. Giacone, Sr. and Wynon Stewart; her parents Alma Miley Quinn and Jerry Quinn; and siblings, Robert Quinn, Ella Louise Quinn Formby and Rosemary Quinn White.

She will be missed by all who knew and loved her.

In lieu of flowers, contributions in memory of Mrs. Stewart may be made to Monroe Street Baptist Church, 1412 Monroe ST., Bogalusa, LA 70427.
