Bogalusa High School JROTC Cadets Showcase Skills at National Competition

Demonstrating determination and skill, the JROTC cadets from Bogalusa High School recently participated in the prestigious U.S. Army JROTC Raider National Championship. The Fort Knox in Kentucky event saw some of the nation’s top Army JROTC programs compete over a three-day competition.

The Raider Nationals, known for their competitive rigor, annually attract schools from across the United States. The Bogalusa High School Raiders joined this elite group, having worked diligently to earn their spot in the national event.

Competing in various challenging activities designed to test physical endurance and team strategy, the Bogalusa cadets demonstrated the skills gained during their time in the JROTC program. The local cadets participation in this national event reflects their dedication and hard work and brings honor to their school and community. These cadets were as follows: Gregory Brown, Daymon MaGee, Tyreanna Coleman, Destiny Penn, Joseph Seawright, Ethan Williams, Grace Jones, Caleb Thornton, Karisma Carter, Ashley Parades, Tyler Stewart, Tristan Jouner, Tyler Williams and Emily Garret.
