Paul Trahan

On June 3, 2023, two members of the 8-Ball Mafia APA Pool Team, playing out of the American Legion in Picayune, Miss, traveled to Gulfport, Miss, at Good Time Pool Hall to qualify for regionals single eligibility.

Bogalusans Paul Trahan and Josh Crosby both qualified.

Regionals will be held on Oct. 6 – 7 at the Regional 8-Ball Club in Mobile, Ala.

If both of these players win and advance in regionals, they will travel to Las Vegas, Neb. for the Championship of 8-Ball Classic Singles.

Trahan competed last year at skill level 6. Since then he has moved to skill level 7. Crosby is still at skill level 5.

These two players also play in the Straight 8 Pool League out of Back Water Barn in Bogalusa.
