Airman Jarrett Wyble completes Technical School, Basic Training for United States Air Force

Jarrett Wyble, a Washington Parish native, successfully completed basic training earlier this year at Lackland Air Force Base in San Antonio, Texas. Airman Wyble was one of a few, select graduates chosen to present the flags of the United States as part of the honored graduation ceremonies.

Airman Wyble was accepted into the highly selective, technical field of Air Traffic Control and completed his initial technical school training in May 2023 at Keesler Air Force Base in Biloxi, Mississippi with the highest score in his class. Wyble is currently stationed at Scott Air Force Base in Illinois where he continues his technical training and certifications in the field of Air Traffic Control.

Wyble is the youngest son of John and Misty Wyble of Franklinton. His grandparents are Glen and Sylvia Graves of Franklinton and Joyce Wyble of Port Barre, Louisiana. Wyble’s initial enlistment into the United States Air Force is for four years.
