More blight is being eradicated in the City, thanks to a partnership between Bogalusa Rebirth and CenterPoint Energy!

On June 21, the organization was presented with a $10,000 check from CenterPoint to continue to assist in its efforts to demolish blighted structures in the City.

 

CenterPoint Energy’s Louisiana District Director Sam Walters, along with Jeff Pike Area Mgr., Michael Cox CNP Marketing Rep., Chad Miller, CNP OPS Supervisor, and Jim Dicharry, Regulatory Affairs Mgr. visited the site of a burned home that’s next to be demolished on Ave D.  More to come!!

 

Local representatives present included Ken Wheat, Parish Government, Penny Jones, Legislative Assistant for Senator Beth Mizell and State Representive Malinda White.
