Rodeo to coincide with Balloon Festival

- The Washington Parish Rodeo Committee to Produce PCA Professional Rodeo is June 3 in Franklinton. The event will coincide with the Balloon Festival. The rodeo will start at 7:30 p.m. in the Rodeo Arena at the Washington Parish Fairgrounds. The Ballon Festival will be at the Midway at the fairgrounds June 2-4.
