According to the Bogalusa Police Department, on 03/01/2023 at approximately 1250 PM the Bogalusa Police Department answered a call to shots being fired in the area of Food Depot. Officers learned of an altercation that took place in the busy parking lot, between multiple subjects, which resulted in an exchange of gunfire. The BPD said that one male subject (whose name is not being released at this time) was injured in the gunfire, and treated at a local hospital. The BPD said that officers were able to identify and place three individuals under arrest, and are continuing to review evidence and talk to witnesses.
