The Louisiana Association of Fairs and Festivals annual convention was recently held in Baton Rouge.  The Washington Parish Free Fair Executive Board is pleased to announce that fair volunteer Janice Branch was named Volunteer of the Year for the state of Louisiana.  Also, the Washington Parish Free Fair was awarded Fair of the Year.  2022 Fair Queen McKenna competed with 61 fair and festival queens for the title “Queen of Queens” and was awarded 2nd Runner up.

Washington Parish Fair Queen McKenna Rushing placed 2nd runner up at the recent Louisiana Association of Fairs and Festivals Queen of Queens Pageant.  Rushing is a senior at Franklinton High School.
