The Ponemah Wreath Society Ceremony is being held on Dec. 16 at the Ponemah Cemetery at 11 a.m.
Everybody is invited to attend.
Volunteers will lay a wreath at each veterans gravesite at Ponemah Cemetery.
This year, approximately 325 wreaths are needed.
The wreaths that are placed are not free and are purchased with contributions and donations. The price of a wreath is $20.

The group is also asking for help in recognizing our veterans and fallen soldiers across Washington Parish by participating. This year, they are offering the public a chance to purchase a wreath for their deceased veteran family members at a cost of $25.
