Eva Antroinette Devonne Peters (Sept. 30, 1973-Oct. 15, 2022) lived a beautiful, regal life. A graceful woman with a contagious spirit. She provided love, support and solace for so many while asking for nothing in return. To know Eva was to love her. She left a remarkable impact on everyone she came in contact with.
Although her departure was premature, she lived a purposeful life surrounded by people who absolutely loved and adored her. She leaves behind precious, unforgettable memories with her loving husband, Warren Peters of 31 years; three beautiful daughters, Whitney (Jafonzo) Mingo, Erica Peters and Ashley Peters (Craig Jones); and four grandchildren, Ashton Jones, Jayvier Mingo, Baby Jones and Baby Mingo, who she loved more than anything. Eva will also be missed by her mother, Myrtis Robinson; her three sisters, Lucretia Johnson, Dionne Burton and Carla Winfield; and a host of beloved nieces, nephews, God-children, aunts, uncles, cousins and close friends.
There will be a drive through visitation held on Friday, Oct. 21, from 4 p.m. until 6 p.m. at Crain and Sons Funeral Home of Bogalusa.
A Celebration of Eva’s life will be held at Bogalusa High School auditorium (100 M.J. Israel Drive in Bogalusa) on Saturday, Oct. 22, at 2 p.m.
Crain and Sons Funeral Home of Bogalusa is in charge of arrangements. Sign the guestbook online at www.crainandsons.com.
