Mr. Larry Gilbert Brown, 72, transitioned on Aug. 11, 2022, at his place of residence in Franklinton. Born Thursday, Sept. 29, 1949, he was the son of the late David Brown and the late Elizabeth Wilson Brown.

A public visitation and funeral will be held on Saturday, Aug. 20, at Hosanna Missionary Baptist Church, located at 49101 Louisiana Highway 438 in Franklinton. The visitation will be held from 1 p.m. until 3 p.m., and the funeral service will proceed at 3 p.m. All in attendance must wear masks and adhere to COVID-19 guidelines.
