The Bogalusa Police Department recently congratulated Capt. Marty Baker as he celebrated his first official day of retirement, after 20 years of dedicated service to the citizens of Bogalusa.

Police Chief Kendall Bullen would also like to announce the well-deserved promotion of three of the BPD officers.
