Dez Weary, a 4-H student at Varnado High School, participated in the “4-H University” program on Thursday at LSU in Baton Rouge.

He accomplished a personal goal of finishing in the top 10 for ATV Demonstration.

There were over 30 students in the competition, and it was Weary’s first year participating in the contest.
