George “Greg” Gregory Keating, 57, passed away on Monday, June 20, 2022. He was a native and resident of Bogalusa.

Greg is survived by his son, Daniel (Angie) Keating; daughters, Destiny Keating Grande and Cheyenne Keating; mother, Ann Nell Cooksey; brother, Darrell (Melissa) Keating; sisters, Melissa (Jeff) Bryan and Rebecca Keating; five grandchildren, EmmaSue Keating, Addilyn Keating, Jewlie Keating, Braysynn Grande and Breelee Grande; special friends, Floyd and Madison Landry; and mother of his son, Glenda Smith.

Greg was preceded in death by his father, Bobby J. Keating; brother, Windell R. Keating; and mother of his daughters, Lillian Lee Patterson.

Visitation was held on Thursday, June 23, at Poole-Ritchie Funeral Home from 5 p.m. until 9 p.m. and continued on Friday, June 24, from 9 a.m. until the time of the service at 2 p.m. Interment followed at Ponemah Cemetery, with the Rev. Wesley Quave and the Rev. Jeremy Newman officiating the services. Pallbearers were Daniel Keating, Floyd Landry, Roy Keating, Brett Creel, Ben Keating and Robbie. The honorary pallbearer was Charles Phelps.
