The annual Henry Andrew and Eunice Pope Kennedy Family Reunion was held on Saturday, May 7, 2022. It was held at the Stateline home of J.B. and Joan Kennedy.
J.B. and Clyde Kennedy, the last surviving siblings, co-hosted the event and welcomed more than 50 family members. Everyone enjoyed visiting with relatives and catching up on happenings since their last get-together.
The day was filled with fun, good food, and friendly fellowship. This reunion, held the first Saturday in May, began years ago as a birthday celebration for the patriarch of the family, Mr. Henry.
Born in 1890, Henry A. Kennedy was the father of 13 children, 12 of which lived to adulthood. These included Carl, Havon, Earline, Annette, Bryce, Harry, Henrietta, Myra Lee, Betty, Ford, J.B. and Clyde.
